Welcome to the Pro Ana Mia room!

The rules are as follows:
1.) If you're under 12 years old, seek help! Don't come in here and fall deeper down the rabbit hole. Also remember that eating disorders are diseases, and should not be glamorized. They are not a willing choice.

2.) You can discuss nearly any topic here, including tips & tricks. If someone requests that something, including self harm, abuse, relapses, and/or recovery, not be discussed, then don't while they're in the room.

3.) Don't insult others. At all, in any way, and in any language. Bullying won't be tolerated and may result in a ban.

4.) Meanspo is okay via PM, but ONLY if requested beforehand. Keep a screenshot of the request and if you have an issue forward it to a moderator. Same for thinspo.

5.) 18+, bodychecks are okay with appropriate undergarments; 14-17, bodychecks are okay if clothed. No images that show undergarments.

6.) Respect the mods and admins. We aren't perfect, but we try. If you have an issue, we are always willing to respond in PMs and take your inquiry seriously.
